Carlos Bentos is a good friend of mine and I've had the pleasure of reading an advance copy of his wonderful book. Until a combination of ailments of advancing age made it more prudent for me to stay off of boats heading out into the ocean, I spent many hours with him on Caribeña looking for elusive billfish.
